REQUEST

1. The number of cannabis factories found in your area in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024. I would like to define a cannabis factory as: 'any property that is being used for the purpose to grow/cultivate cannabis plants, whether there is 1 plant or thousands of plants.'

2. I would like to know the largest number of cannabis plants found in a single property.

3. I would like to know the location (street name) of the property where the largest number of cannabis plants were found in a single property.

4. I would like to know how many convictions have occurred because of the discovery of a cannabis factory

5. I would like to know where these convictions took place.

Clarification

I would be happy for you to search for information around seized cannabis plants.

Question 1 & 2

Please note, 2024 data has not yet been completed/checked as the deadline for the data to be returned nationally is the end of July. If you were to submit another request after July, we will be able to assist you with this part of your request.

Question 3

Unfortunately, due to the way in which the data has been recorded on our Crime and Incident recording system, we are unable to retrieve this information.

Question 4 & 5
