REQUEST
Please provide me with the time, date and location of all Pact Meetings held in any and every Cardiff Ward for the following years. Please specify the rank and name of each police officer or police community support officer who attended the meetings.
2022, 2023,2024.2025.
Please break it down in Council Ward allocation.

We consulted with our CAV BCU (Cardiff & The Vale Basic Command Unit) who have provided the below response to your request.
Please note that these meetings are not chaired by the police but the local councillors so South Wales Police would not hold details of attendees or take minutes.
Cardiff Central – No PACT meetings have been held since 2020
Cardiff Bay, Roath & Cathays and Barry have not held PACT meetings for some time. These were replaced by Cuppa with a copper and local more informal meetings in local Hubs or libraries etc.

Cardiff West
Llandaff North Gabalfa stated back on16th May 2024 and since that date have been held every six weeks on a Thursday evening and alternate between Gabalfa/Llandaff North HYB or Emmanuel Baptist the last PACT meeting was held 3rd April 2025, and the next one will be held 29th May.
Whitchurch hold a PACT meeting every 8 Weeks at Whitchurch Library. Canton -there are no PACT meetings held , Riverside last PACT was 19th October 2024
Ely PACT meetings are held at Reflect Church – Grand Avenue last meeting 13th January 2025
Bethel Church, Michaelston Road - last meeting 23rd January 2025
Western Leisure Centre – last meeting 27th January 2025
