RESPONSE

We have consulted with our Central Ticket Office who have provided the below information to your request.

Where you have stated “the number of offences recorded and prosecuted”, we have taken this to mean the number of registered keepers/owners who have been sent a Notice of Intended Prosecution (NIP) as a result of a safety camera activation.

Question 1

Between 17^th September 2023 and 15^th March 2025, 727 NIPs have been issued as a result of safety camera activations on Gilfach Road, Tonyrefail.

Question 2

Between 17^th September 2023 and 15^th March 2025, 3,525 NIPs have been issued as a result of safety camera activations on Berw Road, Pontypridd.
