Alleged shoplifters, violent offenders, and burglars have been arrested in a five-day police operation.
A multi-agency taxi and minibus operation took place in Cardiff on July 18, aimed at ensuring vehicles transporting members of the public were safe, legal and roadworthy.
Two men who groomed and exploited a vulnerable teenage girl have been jailed following a South Wales Police investigation.
South Wales Police has been made aware that two 17-year-old boys from Cardiff have been arrested in Thailand.

PCSOs have liaised with South Wales Police Crime Reduction Advisor, who has supported in contacting the landowner and other partner agencies including SWP traffic officers, DVSA and Go Safe to make them aware of the recent issues around vehicle ASB on Penarth road to help tackle ASB speeding along Penarth Road.
We have also recently worked with Police Youth Volunteers conducting speed scoping on PENARTH ROAD.
PCSOs have conducted CCTV enquiries on several occasions at West Point Industrial Estate, but the images are too poor in quality to pick up facial recognition and vehicle registrations. Further patrols will be conducted to help deter vehicle ASB and the setting off of fireworks at the estate.

Further patrols will take place around the hotspot time of 19:00 every Saturday and Sunday. Since our last update we have only come across one car meet. We engaged with the drivers to provide suitable words of advice to which they then moved on. We will continue to conduct Hi-Viz patrols.
