West Point Industrial Estate car meets
Issued 16 June 2026
PCSOs have liaised with South Wales Police Crime Reduction Advisor, who has supported in contacting the landowner and other partner agencies including SWP traffic officers, DVSA and Go Safe to make them aware of the recent issues around vehicle ASB on Penarth road to help tackle ASB speeding along Penarth Road.
We have also recently worked with Police Youth Volunteers conducting speed scoping on PENARTH ROAD.
PCSOs have conducted CCTV enquiries on several occasions at West Point Industrial Estate, but the images are too poor in quality to pick up facial recognition and vehicle registrations. Further patrols will be conducted to help deter vehicle ASB and the setting off of fireworks at the estate.
