Sorry, there was a technical problem. Please try again.
This site is a beta, which means it's a work in progress and we'll be adding more to it over the next few weeks. Your feedback helps us make things better, so please let us know what you think.
We’re dedicated to tackling the problem. Every report you make helps us pinpoint solutions for positive change in your community. Every report counts.
Project Pinpoint is built for you, your community and your safety. It will help you understand how to report anti-social behaviour, who to report to, and what happens once a report is made.
Every report counts.
If you witness anti-social behaviour in your local community, we want to hear about it. Because when you make a report, it contributes to crime data which can lead to targeted community solutions.
Anti-social behaviour is criminal and non-criminal behaviour which causes harassment, distress or harm to a person.
Anti-social behaviour affects people’s lives daily. It’s unacceptable. That’s why it’s important to know what anti-social behaviour is and why you should report it.
Examples include:
If any of these examples are causing you distress, you can report it to us here.
Call 999 in the event of an emergency.
Step 1: Report any occurrence of ASB online.
Step 2: Your report is logged for assessment
Step 3: We investigate your reports.
Step 4: You will receive a notification, depending on the type of report you may receive a call.
Step 5: Following the investigation, we use the reports to build a rich map of crime data to lead targeted police responses.
Not all reports can be addressed immediately, or the solution needs to have more of a long-term approach. The more you report, the more we can act and keep your community safe.

We have been extremely successful in our bids to the Home Office Safer Streets Fund and the allocation of £1million towards community safety initiatives is an endorsement of the strong partnership working we have in South Wales.
We have worked closely with local authorities and other partners to identify the drivers of local problems and how best to tackle them together.
We can achieve far more by working together which is why it is so important for those who are experiencing anti-social behaviour to report these issues so we can focus our efforts and resources where they are needed most.
Project Pinpoint, which is funded by Safer Streets, aims to raise awareness of the importance of reporting anti-social behaviour so we can make a positive difference and make our communities safer for everyone.
