The 74-year-old man who died following a single-vehicle road traffic collision which happened on Tuesday 9th November on Cardiff Road, Barry, has been named at David Searle, from Barry.
Family have paid tribute to David, who was known to all as Dai, saying:
“He passed away very unexpectedly. He was a great husband, father, grandfather and friend.
“He had a great sense of humour and will be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched.”
His wife Yvonne added:
“He was loved very much and I will miss him until the day we meet again.”
Officers investigating the collision are appealing to any witness who has yet to come forward or anyone who has any dash-cam footage of the collision to contact South Wales Police quoting reference 2100393475.
