Barry fatal road traffic collision: Family tribute

The 74-year-old man who died following a single-vehicle road traffic collision which happened on Tuesday 9^th November on Cardiff Road, Barry, has been named at David Searle, from Barry.

Family have paid tribute to David, who was known to all as Dai, saying:

“He passed away very unexpectedly. He was a great husband, father, grandfather and friend.

“He had a great sense of humour and will be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched.”

His wife Yvonne added:

“He was loved very much and I will miss him until the day we meet again.”

 

Officers investigating the collision are appealing to any witness who has yet to come forward or anyone who has any dash-cam footage of the collision to contact South Wales Police quoting reference 2100393475.
