We consulted with our Estates department who have provided the following information regarding your request.
Question 1
The supplier is Reliance Hi-Tech. This supplier covers all factors listed in the request.

FILE 420 is the contract reference number.
Question 3
The total value contract is £799, 742.37.
Question 4
The contract end date is 31/10/2025. There is a 12 month extension available.
Question 5
The supplier’s role is to install and maintain a new access control system.
Question 6
Tremorfa is the old supplier for the access control system.
Question 7
£22k was spent in the last financial year for access cards.
Question 8
The role of the supplier was to maintain the existing access control system. This is to be replaced with the new system indicated in question 1-5.
Question 9
This was tendered over 20 years ago however is being phased out and replaced by a new system.
