We are investigating a fatal road traffic collision which happened on the westbound carriageway of the M4.
The operation, which was jointly co-ordinated with Neath Port Talbot Council’s licensing department, was also supported by special constables.
36-year-old Omar Gul was stopped by officers and found to be in possession of approximately 60 wraps containing what appeared to be a mix of crack cocaine and heroin.
Seven men have been sent to prison for a total of more than 58 years after being convicted of conspiracy to supply cocaine.
