Thirty people have been sentenced for their part in serious disorder which happened in the Ely area of Cardiff on Monday, May 22, 2023.
South Wales Police is carrying out a review of exhibits to assess whether there is any potential for further forensic investigation.
Two local boys aged 16 and 17 were taken hospital with stab wounds. Their injuries are thankfully not life-threatening and one of the victims has been discharged from hospital.
An investigation has been launched by South Wales Police following an incident which took place on Aberdulais Crescent, Gabalfa at approximately 4am today (Wednesday, May 27).
Kane Evans, 29, was arrested by police in Bristol Airport on January 29, 2026, where he had returned from a holiday in Cyprus.
