Thirty people have been sentenced for their part in serious disorder which happened in the Ely area of Cardiff on Monday, May 22, 2023.
South Wales Police is carrying out a review of exhibits to assess whether there is any potential for further forensic investigation.
A teenage boy suffered a serious leg injury which was initially not believed to be life threatening or life changing. However, he has since had to undergo a life-changing leg amputation.
Kane Evans, 29, was arrested by police in Bristol Airport on January 29, 2026, where he had returned from a holiday in Cyprus.
This takes the total number seized to more than 600 since the summer.

We have conducted foot patrols and leaflet drops in affected communities and we have seized illegal vehicles and taken enforcement action.
We have also gathered intelligence to address repeat community concerns.
