Have your say: South Wales Police ask for feedback in annual survey

South Wales Police has launched its annual survey which invites the public to have their say on policing in their local area.  

South Wales Police is committed to serving the public; however, the force needs the feedback of the public to make sure it’s getting it right.   

The short, simple survey to find out what people in South Wales think of their police force launched Tuesday (2 June) and is open for six weeks (until 13 July).  

The annual ‘Trust and Confidence’ survey has been produced by South Wales Police to discover people’s thoughts about their local police, crime and safety, and help shape the future of policing in their area.  

Assistant Chief Constable Trudi Meyrick said:

“This survey really matters as it gives us in the force a clear and honest picture of what we’re getting right, and what you feel needs to change.   

“We are consistently working to be better and do better, and your responses will help us with this. South Wales Police’s vision is to be an outstanding police service: accessible, reliable and trusted by our communities.   

“So please, get involved, have your say and tell us your truth. You will be listened to, you will be taken seriously, and we will use your feedback to inform what we do.”
