South Wales Police are continuing to investigate a fatal collision on Southville Road, Sandfields, Port Talbot, that occurred at approximately 10pm on Thursday 4 January 2024.
A 29-year-old man from Sandfields died as a result of the collision and has since been named as Jordan Lee Powell.

His family have paid the following tribute:
“Jordan, you were a loving fiancé, father, stepdad, brother, son, nephew and grandson.
“You always knew how to brighten up a room with just your smile. You’d hear him before you saw him! He was such a lively soul. He was the boy who never wanted to grow up.”
