Summary
South Wales Police held a gross misconduct hearing in respect of former PC Ryan Llewellyn who was recently convicted of importation of a Class A drug namely Psilocybin and faces an allegation that he breached the Standard of Professional Behaviour.
Decision
Had former PC Ryan Llewellyn still been a serving officer he would’ve been dismissed.
In accordance with the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020 the Findings and Outcome from this hearing will be referred to the College of Policing in order for former Pc Ryan Llewellyn to be placed on the Private Police Barred List.
