We consulted with our EDI (Equality, Diversity & Inclusion) department and our Finance department who have provided the below response to your request.
Question 1
There are 12 equality and diversity posts employed by SWP.
Please note at the time this request was received there were 12 posts however as of the 16/02 we now have 10 equality and diversity posts employed.
Question 2
The costs to date for financial year 2024-25 for the 12 posts are £528,550 (includes on-costs).
Question 3
5 posts are filled by ethnic minority applicants.
Question 4
The cost of external training for financial year 2024-25 (to date) is £480 and two training bodies.
