REQUEST
I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding road traffic collisions within your jurisdiction for the years 2022, 2023, and 2024.
For your entire jurisdiction, please provide:
a)The total number of reported road traffic collisions each year for cars / motorbikes / pedestians / cycling.
b)The five roads with the highest number of collisions
c)The contributory factors (e.g., speeding, reckless driving, driving under the influence, weather conditions, etc.)
ORIGINAL RESPONSE
The original response was refused under Section 12 – Exemption where cost of compliance exceeds appropriate limit.
UPDATED RESPONSE
After consulting with our Crime and Criminal Justice Department, it has been established that the requested information can be located and retrieved within the 18-hour fees limit. Therefore, our revised response is provided below.
