In 2022 there were 2 Notices of Intended Prosecution issued for offences detected by camera for vehicles recorded as Tractor/Agricultural vehicle in the South Wales Police area.
In 2023 0 Notices of Intended Prosecutions issued for an offence detected by Camera for vehicles recorded as Tractor/Agricultural vehicle in the South Wales Police Area.
In 2024 there were 2 Notices of Intended Prosecution issued for offences detected by Camera for vehicles recorded as Tractor/Agricultural vehicle in the South Wales Police area.
In 2025 there has been 1 Notice of Intended Prosecution issued for an offence detected by Camera for a vehicle recorded as Tractor/Agricultural vehicle in the South Wales Police area from 1/1/25 to 19/5/25.
Question 3
Recorded speeds and speed limits for offences detected by Camera in the South Wales Police area are as follows:-
In 2022 - 1 x 28mph in 20mph area and 1 x 26mph in a 20mph area.
In 2023 – N/A
In 2024 - 1 x 26mph in a 20mph area and 1 x 27mph in a 20mph area.
In 2025 - 1 x 36mph in a 30mph area.
