REQUEST

I am writing under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to inquire about data regarding reports of 'cum tributes'*.

 

Can you please share with me a breakdown of data contained in reported incidents (eg in STORM's database) which contain the phrase 'cum tribute' from 01/01/2025 to 13/04/2025.

 

Can you do the same for the time periods of 01/01/2024-31/12/2024, 01/01/2023-31/12/2023, 01/01/2022-31/12/2022, 01/01/2021-31/12/2021 and 01/01/2020-31/12/2020.

 

Please can you also share the gender and the ages of those who reported and those who were arrested and/or charged.

 

Please share your findings that are completed within the time and spending allocation given.

 

*By 'cum tribute' I refer to 'the sexual activity that consists of ejaculating on a portrait, and then recording the portrait and the semen together'. Often cum tributes are posted online to forums and groups.

 

RESPONSE

 

A search has been conducted on our crime and incident reporting system (NICHE RMS) for all occurrences recorded throughout the specified time period containing the following key word, *cum tribute/tributes*.

 

This search has retrieved 0 results.

 

Please note that this data has been gathered by searching our records management system for offences containing the keyword *cum tribute/tributes* in the relevant time period. The results retrieved are dependent on how the information has been entered onto the system. As such, the information provided should not be considered statistically accurate and/or definitive and therefore, care should be taken when using this data for any further statistical, analytical or evaluative purposes.
