2. Can you confirm how many fixed penalties/conditional offers were handed out in 2023/24 and 2024/25 for RV86019 offences? Please disregard this question if not.
3. How many RV86019 incidents resulted in an accident? Of those, how many led to one or more persons being injured or killed?

South Wales Police are unable to say for certain that the use of mobile phones whilst droving directly resulted in an accident however it may have been a contributing factor.
