We have consulted with our Joint Legal Servies and our Public Protection and Safeguarding department who have provided the following information in relation to your request.
Question 1
Between March 2024-2025 we had 3,582 crimes reported.
Question 2
Question 2 suggests that we can provide data which confirms the number of SPO’s filed on the basis of reports of stalking received between March 2025 to date. We cannot confirm that the SPO’s filed with the Court are based on the reports received between the relevant dates.
We can confirm that the Chief Constable has filed with the Court, six applications for an SPO, within the relevant period to date.
