The Cardiff Street Engagement Team are out advising rough sleepers and assisting partners with wider homelessness, and some of its related issues.
The team have already successfully supported an individual who has refused help in the past now accept housing. Reporting has now stopped regarding this individual and they are getting the support they need.
Operation Mistletoe in Cardiff City’s Centre is tackling and reducing crime, disorder and anti-social behaviour to make it a safe place for people to visit, work and live by having a dedicated team out on the street.
