March is Women’s History Month, a time in which we acknowledge the achievements of female police officers and staff and recognise their ongoing work and contributions in helping us keep south Wales safe.
Launched ahead of International Women’s Day on March 8, this feature highlights some of the stories, services, actions and inspirations of women from across our service.
The stories presented here will be added to over the course of the next few weeks and will vary from some of our force’s senior leaders to those whose journeys with #TeamSWP have only just begun.
