Witness appeal following collision with pedestrian

We are appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision which happened shortly after 7.00pm on Sunday November 17 on Water Street, Aberavon, Port Talbot.

The collision involved a blue Audi A5 convertible driven by a 43-year-old man from Port Talbot and a pedestrian, a 79-year-old man also from Port Talbot.

We want to hear from anyone who may have been in Water Street at the time of the collision, or anyone who has witnessed the movements of a blue Audi A5 convertible and a male pedestrian immediately beforehand to contact us.

We are also appealing to anyone who may have CCTV or dashcam footage of the incident to come forward.  Please contact us quoting reference 2400383383.
