Staffordshire deaths: IOPC referral

South Wales Police has made a referral to the Independent Office for Police Conduct following the deaths of Daniel Duffield and Lauren Evans in the Hednesford area on June 25.
The referral was made due to previous police contact.
The deaths are being investigated by Staffordshire Police and our thoughts are with all those affected at this difficult time.
