A Pentre woman who incited a child to engage in sexual activity was jailed on Tuesday, December 3, at Cardiff Crown Court for three years and four months.
Thirty-three-year-old Natalie Arroyo from Gelli, Pentre, pleaded guilty on August 8 at Merthyr Crown Court to two offences of causing/inciting a child aged 13 to 15 to engage in sexual activity and one offence of sexual communication with a child.
Detective Constable Natasha O'Rourke said:
"Arroyo is a dangerous predator and is now facing the consequences of her actions.
"This case shows our officers in the Child Protection Investigation Unit
work tirelessly to bring offenders to justice.
"I would encourage anyone with information about this type of offending, or anyone who thinks they have been a victim, to come forward and talk to us - you will be supported."
