The charity Crimestoppers is offering a reward of up to £1,000 for information leading to the arrest and charge of Zulfkar Sheblan and Caine Morse, wanted in connection with conspiracy to Supply Class A Drugs and Money Laundering.
In March 2020 it is believed that Sheblan and Morse were part of an Organised Crime Group based in South Wales, who were conspiring with other Organised Crime Groups within the UK and abroad to source and supply large quantities of Class ‘A’ controlled drugs, including heroin and cocaine into and around the Cardiff and Newport areas.
The public are encouraged not to approach Mr Sheblan or Mr Morse but to get in contact with Crimestoppers anonymously or alternatively the police immediately.
***Crimestoppers – which is independent of the police - is supporting the investigation by offering a reward of up to £1,000 for anonymous information it exclusively receives either online at Crimestoppers-uk.org or by calling freephone 0800 555 111 – that leads to the arrest of Zulfkar Sheblan and Caine Morse.***
Hayley Fry, Crimestoppers Regional Manager, Wales, said: “As a charity that’s independent of the police, we have always kept our promise of anonymity – we’ve supported millions of people who have trusted us with their crime information since we began in the late 1980s.
“Please call our UK Contact Centre on freephone 0800 555 111, which is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, or fill in our website’s simple and secure anonymous online form. Nobody will know you contacted us. You may also be eligible for a reward and no piece of information is too small to tell us.”
