We are appealing for witnesses to dangerous driving which happened on Guildhall Place in central Cardiff on Friday afternoon.
A white Ford Fiesta made off from officers and mounted the pavement on Guildhall Place and drove towards St Marys Street.
Several members of the public were walking along the pavement at the time had to jump out of the car’s way – thankfully no-one was injured.
A 17 year-old boy from Trowbridge has been arrested and charged with a number of motoring offences including aggravated vehicle taking, driving whilst disqualified, driving without insurance, dangerous driving and possession with intent to supply crack cocaine.
