Summary

The officer faced two allegations; the first allegation relates to the former officer’s behaviour while off-duty towards a female colleague on a night out in Cardiff in December 2024. This resulted in him receiving a criminal caution for an offence contrary to Section 3 Sexual Offences Act 2003.

The second allegation relates to his behaviour towards other female colleagues on the same date.

Decision

The hearing delivered the sanction that Jordan Harris would have been immediately dismissed had he not resigned.

In accordance with the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020 the Findings and Outcome from this hearing will be referred to the College of Policing in order for “Officer F” to be placed on the Police Barred List.
