Summary
Spencer Crane was accused of breaching the standards of professional behaviour. It is alleged that the former officer became involved in an altercation with two colleagues while off duty and his actions amounted to an assault and/or public order offence.
Decision
The hearing delivered the sanction that if the officer was still serving, they would have been dismissed. In accordance with the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020 the Findings and Outcome from this hearing will be referred to the College of Policing in order for Police Constable 8365 Spencer Crane to be placed on the Police Barred List.
