🍻🥂 Pubs, clubs and bars in Whitchurch, Cardiff, have joined together to form a Pub Watch scheme 👀👇The key aim of the Pub Watch initiative is to achieve an even safer and responsible social drinking environment in the 14 licensed premises which have signed up to the scheme.💬 PCSO Robert Cunningham said: “Whitchurch is a thriving village and the scheme will further improve communication and work in partnership with the pubs. 💬 “Pubs in these areas are safe and we want to keep it that way.💬 “Information about problem customers or suspicious activity can be shared with Pub Watch members and ourselves so swift action can be taken. It is a good way for us all to work together to prevent alcohol related crime.”The licensees have agreed to meet regularly to discuss ways of improving pub safety for their customers, staff and local communities. They also agreed to share information about customers who are involved in crime and disorder and alcohol related incidents.Anyone barred from a pub in this area could find themselves barred from all pubs in the Pub Watch scheme due to their behaviour.
