Human Trafficking MARAC in Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan ISP

This ISP has been prepared to support the regular sharing of personal information for the Human Trafficking Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

The aim of this information-sharing protocol is to increase effectiveness and co-operation between agencies through the Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan Human Trafficking MARAC, and offer safety, support, plus implementation of the Cardiff multi agency response pathway, to result in better service and outcomes for individuals who have been trafficked.

This ISP has been prepared to support the regular sharing of personal information for the Sex Worker Operational Team (SWOT) MARAC.

The aim of this information-sharing protocol is to increase effectiveness and co-operation between agencies through the Cardiff Sex Work Operational Team, and offer safety, support, plus implementation of the Cardiff Diversionary Plan, to result in better service and outcomes for street-based sex workers.

Domestic Violence (MARAC) ISP

The ISP covers the exchange of information between representatives of local police, probation, health, child protection, housing practitioners, Independent Domestic Violence Advisors and other specialists from statutory and voluntary sectors for the purpose of dealing with cases of domestic abuse that have been assessed as high risk. The aim of the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conferences (MARAC) is to combine up to date information about a victim and to discuss the options for increasing the safety, health and wellbeing of the victim, and where appropriate, their families.
