I am astonished that SW Police have time on their hands such that you can investigate frivolous complaints.
The incident was clearly visible to all TV viewers and if anything needs investigation it is the behaviour of the ballboy whose behaviour in my opinion constituted conduct likely to give rise to a breach of the peace. I have not witnessed anything like it in watching football for over 60 years
