We will ensure that as a victim of crime, our ways of working meet your needs as an individual. We will make sure our officers understand the impact that crime can have on an individual and ensure that they feel supported and empowered by the organisation to help you.
We will improve the way in which officers and staff access the information and services that help them do their jobs in the most efficient and effective way.
We will contact those who have been a victim of crime and ask them about the quality of the service they have received from us. We will act upon what they say to improve our service for the next person who experiences a crime.
We will ensure that we have plans in place so that no matter what demands are placed upon us, we are still able to provide you with a quality police service that continues to meet your needs.
