Making Every Contact Count
The satisfaction of those people who have been victims of crime, as well as the confidence of all our communities in the service we provide, remains a priority for 2011-15. We will ensure that every contact you have with any member of South Wales Police meets your needs, gives you confidence in the service we provide and leaves you feeling satisfied in your dealings with us.
We will work with you to understand how you prefer to receive information from us. We will listen to what you tell us, develop the way in which we communicate with you and implement the changes you want to see. We will ensure that the information you receive is both useful and clear.
You have told us that anti-social behaviour (ASB) is a priority for you and therefore improving the way in which we police anti-social behaviour is important to us. We will treat your reports of anti-social behaviour as priority incidents, updating you on what we are doing about your concerns. By 2015 we will ensure that every community (at the most local level possible) is benefiting from a joined up approach to tackling your community concerns.
We will consult with you to ask your opinions on what you think we could do better to make your community safe.
